Regulations of the "Carat Queen" Online Store

§1 General provisions

  1. The "Carat Queen" online store is run by Carat Queen Natalia Daduń, NIP: 8212683999, REGON: 525001697.
  2. These regulations define the rules for purchases in the "Carat Queen" Online Store.
  3. The "Carat Queen" online store sells silver jewelry.

§2 Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed via the store's website www.caratqueen.pl.
  2. To place an order, the Customer selects the product he is interested in, adds it to the cart and fills out the order form, providing the necessary contact details and delivery address.
  3. After placing the order, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order, including a summary of the order and a reference number.
  4. If it is impossible to complete the order in whole or in part, the Store reserves the right to contact the Customer to determine further steps.

§3 Payments

  1. The "Carat Queen" online store allows you to pay for orders via the following methods:
    a) Payment by payment card,
    b) Bank transfer.
  2. The order will be processed after receiving payment confirmation.
  3. All prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).

§4 Delivery

  1. The store delivers within Poland.
  2. The delivery cost is provided on the store's website when placing the order.
  3. The order processing time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
  4. The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

§5 Complaints

  1. The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of mechanical or manufacturing defects of the product.
  2. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the e-mail address: info@caratqueen.pl within 14 days of delivery of the product.
  3. The complaint should include the reason for the complaint and photos in the case of physical or manufacturing defects of the product.
  4. Earrings are not subject to complaints for hygiene reasons.
  5. The store undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
  6. In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer has the right to exchange the product for a new one or to obtain a refund of the purchase price.
  7. The costs of returning the product as part of a complaint are borne by the Store.

§6 Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to return the product at his own expense to the following address: [return address].
  3. The store returns the full amount for the returned product to the Customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product if the condition of the returned product matches the original condition of the product.
  4. The store reserves the right to deny the Customer the right to withdraw from the contract if the purchased product has been used or shows signs of use.
  5. If the product is returned in a condition inconsistent with its original condition, the Store reserves the right to deduct the appropriate amount from the Customer's refund or refuse to accept the return.
  6. The Store undertakes to inform the Customer about the decision to refuse to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  7. If the Customer is refused to withdraw from the contract due to the use of the product, the Store undertakes to return the product at the Customer's expense.
  8. This point does not affect the Customer's rights arising from other regulations, in particular provisions regarding warranty for product defects.

§7 Final provisions

  1. The store reserves the right to change the regulations at any time.
  2. In matters not regulated in these regulations, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply.
  3. Any disputes arising from the concluded contract shall be subject to the court competent for the registered office of the Store.
